DETAILED REGULATION PLAN

Location: Kalakača, Beška – February 2026.

Description: Geotechnical investigation works for the preparation of a detailed regulation plan for the KALAKAČA weekend settlement in Beška. The total area covered by the plan amounts to 36.48 hectares, and the plan was commissioned by the Municipality of Inđija. Some of the general objectives of the plan include defining the intended land use and establishing rules for development and construction, within which protection measures and conditions for the area have also been specified.
